FITNESS
- Run 3000 meters in Cooper test.
- Run a marathon.
- Get my weight down to 89 kg.
- Do 30 pull-ups.
- Learn hand walking.
- Run 100 m in less than 13 seconds.
- Bench 110 kg.
- Squat 150 kg.
- Get back on skateboard.
- Learn to do a muscle-up.
- Dunk with two hands.
- Learn to whistle loudly.
- Get a green card.
- Exercise 5 days a week regularly.
- Each week practise one of the sports on my list (link will come sooooon).
DIET
- Avoid sweets, fat and alcohol for 5 days a week.
- Eat sweets, fat or alcohol on 1 day per week, what is needed the most
- Eat/drink whatever I want for 1 day per week.
- Cut down the total amount of meat in daily meals to 100 g.
