My Goals In 52 Lives

FITNESS

  1. Run 3000 meters in Cooper test.
  2. Run a marathon.
  3. Get my weight down to 89 kg.
  4. Do 30 pull-ups.
  5. Learn hand walking.
  6. Run 100 m in less than 13 seconds.
  7. Bench 110 kg.
  8. Squat 150 kg.
  9. Get back on skateboard.
  10. Learn to do a muscle-up.
  11. Dunk with two hands.
  12. Learn to whistle loudly.
  13. Get a green card.
  14. Exercise 5 days a week regularly.
  15. Each week practise one of the sports on my list (link will come sooooon).

DIET

  1. Avoid sweets, fat and alcohol for 5 days a week.
  2. Eat sweets, fat or alcohol on 1 day per week, what is needed the most :)
  3. Eat/drink whatever I want for 1 day per week.
  4. Cut down the total amount of meat in daily meals to 100 g.
