Motivation
- The fact is that winter is coming. Days are getting shorter and colder, so the Cooper test might be postponed to next spring. Lately I’ve been going to the gym more often than running (3 times gym / 1 time running), so I think I concentrate on getting my bench and pull-up results better. It’s funny how easy it is to stay in the gym’s warmth and watch the rain outside

- I have thought about how to improve 52Lives.com, so there might be some changes coming and (gasp) longer periods between posts.
