Goals
- The 3000m Cooper Test Challenge

Actions
- Monday: Gym
- Tuesday: Gym
- Wednesday: Fast paced run 30 min
- Thursday: Gym
Rewards
- After the 4 days of intensive training I had a day off on Friday. Saturday and Sunday were filled with pizza, chocolate, mud cake, candy and good wine. Today (Monday) I saw the effects of my rewards: 1,5 kg more weight
Maybe it’s the muscles I got from the gym…
Motivation
- This week was one of my favorites. I had the priviledge to train 4 days in a row. Going to the gym was good change for my training routines. I did a lot of weight training back in high school, so it was nice to do something "oldskool" again. As I write this, I have already visited the gym today
- I found couple of interesting training plans for my Cooper challenge, so I will post about them in the upcoming weeks.
Other
- This weekend there was a huge $54,000 giveaway at ProBlogger.net. I participated in the review giveaway with a post about Lance Armstrong’s book.
