Motivation
- At the moment there are two feelings on top of everything: frustration and need for a change. I feel frustrated as I haven’t exercised as much as I would like to. I’ve sacrificed the weekend’s training opportunties and I haven’t slept as much as I ought to. I want to change my habits for better: sleep more, exercise more and not to eat junk food. I’ve realised that feeling tired and eating too much have brought me a good opportunity: I can change them! I need to get back on the track: exercise, rest and eat properly.
