Actions
-
This weeks training plan changed along the way
I had an opportunity to go to the gym, so I left one running session for Sunday.
- Monday: Rest
- Tuesday: 30 min run, normal pace
- Wednesday: 30 min run, fast pace
- Thursday: Rest
- Friday: Gym, 45 min
- Saturday: Cycling, 30 min
- Sunday: Interval training, 12 cycles + 45 min run, normal pace
Rewards
- Home-made pizza on Saturday.
Motivation
- I’m not that eager anymore to wake up in the mornings
I’ve been waking up at 5:50, not 5:00 like I used to. I’ve been mostly running in the evening or in the middle of the day, like I did on weekend.
Other
- I finally had tried the Movie HD on my MacBook. There was a great video of my son I had been wanting to put online. The video is now edited and you can now enjoy this crazy dancing video!
- I discovered a personal development site called Tools To Life. The reason this site is worth to mention is that it’s high quality and it’s free! And I need to mention the friendly community that welcomed me in right away. This site is one of the reasons I haven’t written much this week to 52lives
So if you’re looking for tools that follow you everywhere, check out this site! - This week I’m participating in our company’s heptathlon and I’m really looking forward to test myself in high jump, long jump and shot put! We are using the women’s rules, so there is no pole vault… luckily
There are 3 different runs (100 m hurdles, 200 m and 800 meters), so I think I need to adjust my training plan by leaving something out. Otherwise there’s not enough time for resting.
