L12: The Good, The Bad And The Hungry
Dejavu is the word in my head. Last week I only trained 1 time as I did the week before. The reason is the same, I’m still fighting against flu and cough. It’s amazing when these epidemics storm across Finland that I always manage to get them. I read somewhere that due to my blood type AB my immunity system is “open for everything”, so I think that’s part of the truth. Anyways, being sick sucks - deeply.
So I did my usual workout last Tuesday in the gym. After that my flu got worse, so I skipped training. This week looks the same, I think I’ll get back to gym next week. In the meantime I have been enjoying chips, beer, chocolate, candy, beef, wine, burgers, pizza, lasagna and mud cakes! Boy, there’s still a lot to learn
Father’s Day was a good excuse to over-eat and of course on Monday I ate the leftovers!
Can’t wait to get back to the gym!
