The weekly wrap up summarizes the past week’s actions and feelings.
Goals
- The 3000m Cooper Test Challenge
Actions
- Following the training plan. I managed to do all the steps in the training plan. I’ve never done a similar speed training week and it really felt worth doing. The intensity levels were OK, I didn’t break myself
Rewards
- I went to see my friends on a cruise. Four hours of sun and cold drinks, it was a perfect summer-is-almost-over-lets-party-party… I would’ve gone there anyway, but it feels better to think about it as a reward of a hard training week
Motivation
- It’s good to have a training plan. Especially in the morning it would be hard to get up from bed and start thinking what to do. It’s really much more motivating to wake up knowing that there’s a 10 minutes interval training waiting.
- After the first week I feel really motivated. I’ve also mentioned the challenge to couple of my friends, so I better not quit
