Quick Pull-up Training Tip
This is a quick tip for pull-up training. There’s an exercise called ladder training which seems to be a pretty effective, at least what I read from couple of forums. I tried it today at the gym and I got to say it was a good way to start my road to 30 pull-ups. The exersice goes this way:
- First you do 1 pull-up and rest for couple of secs.
- Then you do 2 pull-ups and rest again.
- Then you do 3 pull-ups and rest.
You keep doing this, adding one pullup more on every round until you can’t finish the set. Then you rest for 1-2 minutes and start over again.
This is a great exercise and you can read more about it from the links below.
